Mafia Blitz is a 10-15 minute social deduction game for 6–12 players where every round begins before anyone says a word. Players draft their roles — choosing who they want to be and what they're willing to risk — and then the accusations start flying.
One player is the Vigilante, a public role with a single mission: Make sure the Rat doesn’t get shot.
Everyone else drafts a secret role with their own agenda. Some want the Rat shot. Some want him safe. Others just want to watch it all burn.
Spend the round lying through your teeth because when the Vigilante finally shoots, you need to make sure you aren't one of his targets.
Perfect for fans of Werewolf, Mafia, Blood on the Clocktower, and The Resistance who are ready for something different.
This variant makes it slightly more challenging for the Goons. Do not use in 6 players games.
Remove one Goonand replace it with a Lookout civilian card. The Vigilante starts with one less Verdict card.
With this variant, there are less Goons to shoot and less chances to shoot the Rat. In exchange, there might be more information since the Lookout can freely talk.
Marksmen
This variant makes the game challenging for both the Vigilante and the Goons.
If the Vigilante shoots a Civilian role, the game ends immediately. Vigilante loses and the game end state assumes the Rat was shot, even if he wasn't.
If a single Goon shoots a Civilian role, all Goons lose. Assume the Rat is safe for game end, even if the Rat was shot by another Goon.
